All materials provided through SettleInn DriveU — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, videos, ride data, designs, software, and source code — are the exclusive property of SettleInn Transport Inc. unless otherwise stated. These materials are protected by the Canadian Copyright Act, international copyright conventions, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Restrictions on Use
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or perform any SettleInn DriveU content without prior written consent.
- Use SettleInn DriveU trademarks, branding, or copyrighted material for commercial or non-commercial purposes without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, duplicate, or exploit the software, code, or technology behind SettleInn DriveU.
3. User-Generated Content
When users (drivers, riders, partners) upload or submit content to the platform (e.g., profile pictures, ride information, reviews), they retain ownership of their content. However, by submitting such content, users grant SettleInn a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt it for operational and promotional purposes within the platform.
4. Third-Party Copyright Claims
SettleInn respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material on SettleInn DriveU infringes your copyright, please notify us at legal@settleinn.app with details of the alleged infringement. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action in line with Canadian copyright law.
5. Enforcement
- Suspension or termination of access to the platform.
- Legal action seeking damages, injunctions, or other remedies.
- Reporting of infringement to relevant authorities.
6. Policy Updates
This Copyright Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect new laws or operational changes. Continued use of SettleInn DriveU after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
